Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 1 to provide administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts and projects. You will manage documentation, budgeting, and scopes of work while guiding progress and profitability.

You will supervise activities, coordinate with Business Development, and maintain client relations to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. Travel up to 50% and a strong ESOP culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
• Experience promoting and selling service contracts to serve client needs.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete estimate and budget for service contracts, projects or service calls with a detailed review of client requirements.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Supervise and direct overall work activities, ensuring policies and standards are maintained.
• Manage scopes of work within service contracts, including electrical and fire alarm services for maintenance or repairs.
• Coordinate with Business Development and monitor quality and profitability of service accounts.
• Foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction while protecting company interests.
