Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in project or service management.
• Minimum 7 years' experience managing an operations team.
• Demonstrated experience in selling service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide client contact to assess needs.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts.
• Manage Electrical Services Managers and contracts.
• Monitor quality of work and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Rosendin Engineering for estimates.

Skills

Advanced technical and customer services skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets

Extensive knowledge of safety protocols

Innovative and effective management techniques

Team collaboration

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accubid

Advanced Excel skills
