Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in United States is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 2 to oversee small to medium service contracts and projects. You will provide client contact, prepare estimates and budgets, and manage contracts with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing service contracts and facilities projects.
• Strong technical and customer service skills required.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact and assess client needs for facilities or service calls.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts or projects with client requirements.
• Manage 1- to 5-year service contracts including electrical and fire alarm services.
• Assign tasks to staff for projects and work orders.
• Understand terms and rates with clients to sustain service accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under supervision of a Division Manager.
• Schedule visits to sustain service accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of status of all projects and promote a win-win attitude.
• Coordinate with Business Development Group and monitor service drivers' output.
