Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 2 to lead small to medium complexity service contracts, projects, and work orders. You’ll provide initial client contact, prepare estimates, and manage contract budgets and schedules on site.

This on-site role requires experience in project/service/facility management, strong communication, and proficiency with CMMS systems such as Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, and Oracle. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
• Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling service contracts to serve client needs.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
• Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
• Manage 1-year to 5-year service contracts, with scope of work including electrical and fire alarm services for preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontracts as required.
