Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Services Manager to oversee administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders. Travel up to 50% and leadership of field teams are expected.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project or facility management, strong MS Office and CMMS experience, and a proven ability to manage budgets and client relationships while ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/service/facility management
• Experience promoting and selling service contracts
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes)
• Supervise and direct work activities as assigned
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts or projects
• Manage scopes of work for electrical and fire alarm services
• Monitor client relationships and profitability
• Schedule visits with Electrical Services Managers
