Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Electrical Services Manager to provide overall management and direction for large recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders. You will oversee multi-year contracts, coordinate teams, and ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in project/service management, strong technical and customer service skills, and proficiency with CMMS and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in project management, service management or facility management.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMMS and ERP systems is required.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess needs and prepare estimates/budgets.
• Manage multiple large multi-year service contracts with electrical and fire alarm services.
• Review bid estimates for compliance with requirements and supervise the team.
• Negotiate terms with clients and execute business development.
• Monitor financials of contracts and maintain client relationships for profitability.
