Job summary

Rosendin in Sterling, VA seeks an Electrical Services Executive to lead large recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts and projects. You'll provide strategic direction, oversee budgets, and coordinate with Rosendin Engineering.

This role emphasizes building relationships with major service accounts, delivering accurate estimates, and driving profitable performance across locations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical and customer services skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CMMS platforms (Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, Maintenance Connection, ChekHub).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
• Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call.
• Provide guidance and management for the Electrical Services Manager(s).
• Directly manages a team of Electrical Services Managers to oversee contracts and projects.
• Provide technical review for all bid estimates proposed to ensure all requirements are met.
• Track terms and rates negotiated with clients for servicing accounts to ensure consistency.
• Executes Business Development with existing clients.
• Coordinate with Rosendin Engineering for bid estimates and active projects.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest.
• Develop and maintain relationships with large service accounts across locations.
• Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
• Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
