Job summary

UTS LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales representative to join their team in Arlington, Texas. The role involves managing inbound leads, traveling to customer locations, and converting estimates into signed jobs, specifically within the electrical services sector.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on electrical experience and a proven ability to close sales. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission, with additional benefits including a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Must be able to scope and estimate residential and light commercial electrical work.
• Comfortable asking for the business and following up with leads.
• Must have a clean driving record for daily travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and own incoming leads.
• Travel to assess electrical needs and present quotes.
• Build new client relationships to grow revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline in ServiceTitan.
• Track and report conversion rates and revenue.
• Communicate professionally with leads and customers.
