UTS ElectricPros, LLC dba Clements Electric in Grand Prairie is seeking a licensed electrician for a high-velocity, on-site sales role with uncapped commissions. You will scope jobs, quote customers on-site, and close profitable work using real, paid-for leads.

Travel to homes and businesses, build recurring relationships with property managers and facilities, and manage every lead in ServiceTitan. A Texas license (Journeyman or Master) and strong closing skills are required, with a van and fuel

Qualifications

• Texas electrical license (Journeyman or Master) through TDLR.
• Hands-on electrical experience across residential and light commercial work.
• Confidence selling and closing — comfortable asking for the business.
• Strong communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the drive to chase leads.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from Google, Facebook, our website, and phone.

Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission (top performers earn well into six figures)

The Opportunity

This role is built for a licensed electrician who's tired of swinging tools all day and wants to earn based on results instead of hours. You already know the trade — now put that knowledge to work scoping jobs, quoting customers on-site, and closing profitable work. We hand you real, paid-for leads. Your job is to turn them into signed jobs and keep the commission checks coming.

If you can walk a customer's property, diagnose the work, and sell the solution with confidence, your earnings aren't capped — they're up to you.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 base plus uncapped commission — your income grows with the work you close
• Company van and fuel card — no wear and tear on your own vehicle
