Job summary

UTS ElectricPros, LLC dba Clements Electric in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a licensed electrician to join our residential and commercial team. Move beyond tool time by quoting on-site, closing profitable jobs, and earning uncapped commissions with paid leads.

You'll travel to homes and businesses, diagnose scope, and coordinate with field techs. We provide a company van, fuel card, and a benefits package; strong closing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas electrical license (Journeyman or Master) through TDLR.
• Hands-on electrical experience across residential and light commercial work.
• Confidence selling and closing — comfortable asking for the business.
• Strong communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the drive to chase leads.
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from Google, Facebook, our website, and phone.
• Travel to homes and businesses to assess electrical work and quote on-site.
• Close jobs and follow up consistently to keep your pipeline moving.
• Build recurring relationships with facilities, restaurants, and property managers.
• Manage every lead, estimate, and follow-up in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with field techs so quoted scope and pricing are accurate.
