U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join Maurice Electrical Supply in Landover, MD.

In this full-time role, you will visit customers, assess needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored electrical solutions across Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets. You will generate quotes, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order, and travel to customer sites to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in pricing and profitability calculations; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions with internal teams and product specialists.
• Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
• Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
• Attend training sessions to expand industry knowledge and market awareness.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.
