Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Electrical Projects Engineering Lead to direct critical electrical infrastructure initiatives and CAPEX roadmaps for 24/7 semiconductor fabrication facilities. You will mentor engineers, manage multiple CIP/R&M programs, and ensure scalable, safe power distribution systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Experience leading complex industrial electrical design projects.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to electrical project engineers.
Oversee CAPEX roadmaps, end-of-life retrofits, and capacity expansion.
Lead safety and regulatory compliance, including arc-flash analyses.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver on schedule.
