Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring an Infrastructure Electrical Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead reliability‑driven maintenance of critical electrical power systems at a 24/7 facility. You will own SOPs, drive RC/M and PM programs, and partner with Facilities, Manufacturing and EHS to keep uptime high.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years in electrical O&M in heavy industry, ABET‑accredited electrical engineering degrees, and hands‑on experience with CMMS, ETAP/SKM, and NEC compliance.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited 4-year degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
11+ years in electrical operations & maintenance in heavy industrial settings.
Semiconductor fab or data center experience preferred.
CMRP or PMP certification a plus; OSHA 30-Hour a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and audit maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical grid safety and reliability.
Mentor engineers/technicians in reliability-centered maintenance.
Coordinate maintenance windows with Manufacturing and Equipment teams.
