Job summary

RESA Power seeks a Project Manager to organize and manage power infrastructure projects for customers. You will coordinate multiple departments, vendors, and customers to deliver on time and within budget, while proposing value-added services to improve safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include material take-off, estimating, subcontract management, scheduling, and field supervision as needed. Strong communication and regulatory compliance are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of experience or mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge of LV/MV electrical power equipment and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with NETA, PEARL and ANSI standards for testing equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded jobs from order to closeout, including material ordering and estimating.
• Schedule jobs and generate work orders for technicians; track progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure on-time deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Provide technical support for field-service teams on electrical power systems.
• Communicate with clients and management for issue resolution and scope expansion.
• Travel as needed; support safe, compliant project execution.
