Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager in Baton Rouge to organize and supervise electrical power distribution projects for diverse customers. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget adherence, and value-added services to enhance customer operations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with about five years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in schematics and industry standards. Travel and occasional out-of-town work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for awarded jobs includes but is not limited to: order materials and manage deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
• Perform project take-off and estimating to determine project scope and costs.
• Schedule jobs with customers and generate work orders for technicians.
• Provide technical support to field personnel for testing and troubleshooting of electrical power systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and communicate progress to clients and management.
• Negotiate scope changes and potential extra charges with clients when necessary.
