Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead electrical power projects, including load banks, generation, and distribution for temporary power and testing solutions. You will manage quotes, contracts, and PMO reporting across diverse projects, coordinating vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time execution with safety and quality standards.

Travel approximately 50% is required, and the role requires a proactive leader capable of navigating complex project life cycles across

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial electric equipment field operations experience.
• Three years of electrical systems design or engineering experience.
• Three years of project management experience (PMP certification a plus).
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents such as manuals, prints, plans, and schematics.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; other languages a plus.
• Ability to travel ~50%, and pass drug, alcohol, and security screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather, review, and document project requirements to determine scope of work.
• Perform jobsite visits to support quoting and execution.
• Determine equipment and services needed to generate project quotes.
• Plan and coordinate project-related operations for successful execution.
• Manage project quality and reporting measures.
• Generate project documentation (plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, lessons learned).
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures; assist management as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
