Job summary

RESA Power, LLC seeks a Sr. Service Field Technician to perform operation, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of LV Switchboards, Switchgear, MCCs, and transformers. Travel to customer sites for testing, repairs and startup is required.

The role demands strong client communication and safety compliance, with overtime as needed. You will manage small to large projects, document test results, and coordinate with Sales and Project Management to ensure customer satisfaction and quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with related field experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting and on-site service work.
• Knowledge of NEC and industry standards such as OSHA, IEEE, NFPA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service LV switchboards, switchgear, MCCs and transformers.
• Communicate with clients and management for effective problem resolution.
• Prepare project estimates and expand project scopes as needed.
• Inspect sites, report problems to Sales/PM, and document findings.
• Complete on-site reports and software test documentation.
