Job summary

RESA Power, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Project Manager-D to oversee electrical testing and maintenance projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate with multiple departments, vendors, and field staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and to identify opportunities for additional services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years NETA testing experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of NETA testing experience.
• Active NETA III or IV certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, and parts lists for testing of electrical power equipment.
• Experience in a testing environment with power distribution systems.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, start-up and data collection for low, medium and high voltage electrical systems (to 500kV).
• MCCs, breakers, relay calibration and power metering; test and calibrate electro-mechanical and solid-state relays.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, subcontractors, and on-site work to keep projects on time and budget.
• Provide technical support to field personnel and assist in project supervision when needed.
• Generate detailed reports and maintain client communications for issue resolution.
