Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in the electrical testing/engineering sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, disciplined project controls, and close collaboration with managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to travel out of town for periods of time and work overtime.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and materials to optimize utilization.
• Maintain clear project documentation and communications with stakeholders.
• Provide direction and remove obstacles for field personnel.
