Job summary

Vision Electric & Systems is seeking a Project Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical design/build projects in a fast-paced environment. You will provide administrative and technical direction with P&L responsibility and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards, along with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources. Some travel may be required to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with electrical construction contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction and design to ensure NEC, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, superintendents).
• Direct planning, scheduling, engineering, and estimating efforts.
• Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and bid proposals.
• Ensure safety compliance per OSHA standards.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
