Job summary

Rosendin in Kuna, Idaho, is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets. You will support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

The role requires a solid PM foundation, strong communication, and the ability to thrive on active construction sites. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering with 3+ years PM on construction sites.
• Proficient in MS Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from planning through completion.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure policies are followed.
• Assess scope, schedule, and resources for successful project delivery.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Establish objectives and performance standards within corporate policies.
• Supervise change orders and negotiations with the client.
• Monitor construction activities to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare change quotations and present to the client for negotiation.
• Produce monthly costing reports under senior PM guidance.
• Manage contracts’ financials to protect company interests and client relations.
• Review subordinate PM documents before submission.
• Represent the company in project meetings under PM guidance.
