Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with outstanding service. You will provide overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project, under senior leadership.

You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination on active construction sites, while maintaining company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities and assign tasks to Assistant PMs.
• Prepare a complete project estimate after reviewing plans and bid forms.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor on-site construction to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
