Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years PM experience in construction.
• Experience on active construction sites.
• Travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under Senior PM guidance.
• Supervise project activities and assign tasks.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and specs.
• Monitor schedule and budget with site team.
• Manage change orders and quotations.
• Represent company in project meetings.
