Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple offices and regions. You will ensure projects meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and client expectations while coordinating with operations, sales, and field teams.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk mitigation, and disciplined project controls to deliver safe, on-time, and profitable outcomes. Travel to client sites and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance through regular progress reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and momentum.
• Maintain clear documentation of communications, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel by providing direction and ensuring clarity of scope.
