Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology; military experience preferred.
• NETA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance through regular reviews of progress, productivity, and deliverables; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and momentum.
• Maintain clear documentation of project communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel by providing direction, removing obstacles, and ensuring clarity of scope.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure technical deliverables meet client specs.

Valid driver’s license

Education

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology
