Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across assigned offices or regions, ensuring delivery in line with contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and field personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute projects safely, efficiently, and profitably, driving proactive risk management and disciplined project controls.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Background check required.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology preferred.
• NETA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance through regular reviews of progress, productivity, and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain momentum.
• Maintain clear documentation of communication, decisions, and changes; support field personnel with direction and scope clarity.
• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer requirements.
