Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution for multiple projects across their US locations, including Toledo, OH and Riverview, MI. You will drive performance in safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets while coordinating with Operations, Sales, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet quality and safety targets.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Support field personnel and facilitate risk management and change control.
• Ensure QA/QC and client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
