Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of electrical testing and engineering projects across North America. You will coordinate with operations, sales, and field personnel to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain momentum.
• Maintain clear project communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel with direction and scope clarity.
• Manage project financial performance per budgets and profitability targets.
• Identify and secure client-approved change orders for out-of-scope work.
• Track costs including labor hours and equipment usage.
• Support forecasting and revenue recognition with accurate status reporting.
• Coordinate vehicle, equipment, test assets, and facilities to control costs.
• Serve as EPS-client liaison and maintain professional relationships.
• Provide status updates, risk assessments, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and reviews.
• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Verify testing procedures and JHA acknowledgments.
• Collaborate with safety teams to mitigate risks.
• Oversee QA/QC of test data and reports.
