Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives in North America.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and field teams to ensure projects meet contractual requirements and client expectations. The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk mitigation, and disciplined project controls to drive profitable performance.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen due to safety-sensitive position.
• Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Able to work overtime and travel out of town for periods of time.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology.
• NETA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance through regular reviews of progress, productivity, and deliverables; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain momentum.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of project communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel by providing direction and ensuring clarity of scope and expectations.
• Manage project financial performance and profitability targets.
• Identify and initiate change orders for out-of-scope work with customer approval.
• Track cost drivers including labor hours, equipment usage, and subcontractor performance.
• Support forecasting and revenue recognition with accurate status reporting.
• Coordinate the return of rented vehicles, equipment, and test assets to control costs.
