Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across client sites and regions. You will coordinate safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while working closely with Operations, Sales, and field teams to deliver profitable outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk mitigation, and disciplined project controls to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project needs.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology; military experience preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain momentum.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and client communications.
• Ensure QA/QC of test data, field reports, and project deliverables.
