Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across regions, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. You will coordinate commercial, operational, and field teams, driving performance and client satisfaction while managing risk and changes.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and reporting, with strong emphasis on communication and disciplined project controls to deliver on contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or equivalent mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical/industrial project management experience.
• NETA certification is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects with scope, schedule, budget and quality alignment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain momentum and efficiency.
• Maintain clear, timely project documentation including changes and decisions.
• Support field personnel with direction, scope clarity and obstacle removal.
