Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across regions, ensuring delivery meets contractual, safety, quality, and financial targets. The role bridges commercial, operational, and field teams, emphasizing proactive communication and risk mitigation.

You will coordinate planning, execution, and closeout, manage budgets and change orders, and maintain client relationships while upholding EPS safety standards and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or military experience preferred.
• NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of project communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel by providing direction and ensuring clarity of scope and expectations.
• Identify, validate, and initiate change orders for out-of-scope work with customer approval.
• Track cost drivers including labor hours, equipment usage, and subcontractor performance.
• Support forecasting and revenue recognition through accurate project status reporting.
• Champion safety and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
