Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and codes.
• Minimum 3–4 years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand project management plan components and change management process.
• Develop procurement and CPM schedules; coordinate submittals and reviews.
• Administer budgeting, cost control, and contract documents.
• Maintain As-built records and close-out requirements.
• Participate in takeoffs for concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and utilities.
• Plan, develop, and supervise project team members for relentless execution.
• Prepare quantity reporting mechanisms and meeting minutes.
• Prepare and review change orders and budget adjustments.
• Identify and mitigate potential claims.
