Job summary

Dynalectric-Company in Portland, OR is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project manager with document control, submittals, RFIs, and major equipment tracking. You will assist in keeping drawings current and ensuring QA/QC documentation is complete throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc/BA in construction management or engineering, has strong MS Excel and Primavera P6 skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities to coordinate with field

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6 & Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Takeoffs, permit applications, and recording.
• RFI creation/review and submittal processing.
• Ensure drawings are current and QA/QC docs are complete.
• Manage MOPs and field coordination start dates.
• Assist in project buyouts and vendor communications.
• Support closeout documents and office logistics.
