Dynalectric-Company in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager with submittals, RFIs and robust document control. The role emphasizes maintaining current drawings, tracking submittals, and assisting with major equipment and permit processes.

Responsibilities include RFI tracking, submittal processing, MOP/log maintenance, and closeout document management. The position involves field coordination, vendor interactions, and adherence to QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or relevant field experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6 & Bluebeam.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Permits: Takeoffs (examine project drawings) and permit applications processing.
• RFI’s: create/review RFIs, ensure posting and cost impact communication.
• Submittals: create/review/request/submit submittals and track changes.
• Drawings: ensure current documents and changes are incorporated.
• QA/QC: create CX document tracking log and prepare closeout documents.
• Manage closeout documents and vendor coordination.
