Dynalectric Company in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer to support project managers with submittals, RFIs, and major equipment tracking. You will handle document control, MOP development, and field coordination to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a BS/BA in construction management or engineering, plus strong MS Excel/Word, Primavera P6 and Bluebeam skills, and excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or relevant field experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6 & Bluebeam.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Permits: takeoffs; applications; recording permit inspections.
• Document Control: RFIs, submittals, drawings, QA/QC, and closeout documents.
• Assist in project buyouts: takeoffs, RFPs, bids, vendor selection, POs, change orders.
• MOPs: development, logging, and coordination with QA/QC/APM/PM.
• Misc: labels, payroll support, office orders.
