Qualifikationen

• BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or relevant field experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6 & Bluebeam.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Aufgaben

• Tracking submittals, RFIs and major equipment.
• Managing document control and project records.
• Assist in project buyouts and procurement tasks.
• Developing and maintaining MOPs and QA/QC documents.
• Support field coordination and closeout documentation.
