Job summary

Dynalectric Oregon is seeking a Project Engineer to support project managers with submittals, RFIs, equipment tracking, and robust document control across electrical, control, and telecom systems.

You will track RFI's, submittals, drawings, and QA/QC documents, ensuring current sets and timely communications with field staff and GC on cost impacts. The role supports MOP development and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or relevant field experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical construction and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Primavera P6 & Bluebeam.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Track submittals, RFIs and major equipment and manage general document control.
• Create/review RFIs, ensure postings on current document set, and communicate changes with field staff and GC on cost impacts.
• Create/review/submit submittals and coordinate with field staff.
• Develop CX document tracking logs and assist QA/QC and closeout processes.
• Assist in project buyouts including takeoffs, RFPs, bid leveling, and vendor selection.
