PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support transmission, distribution, and substation construction in our East Region. You will link project management, field operations, accounting, and clients to keep projects running smoothly from initiation to closeout.

The role emphasizes administrative support, cost tracking, and documentation compliance in a fast-paced construction environment, with potential travel based on project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Maintain project files, logs, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes).
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist with contract review and ensure documentation compliance.
