Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects, coordinating planning, field activities, and vendor communications to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will assist the Project Manager with RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress tracking, site walks, and documentation, while upholding safety standards and NEC/code requirements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• The role requires understanding of electrical construction methods, blueprints, and project workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing day-to-day project operations and admin tasks.
• Support RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs tracking.
• Help organize weekly schedules, manpower plans, materials, and long-lead tracking.
• Attend project meetings and prepare notes or action items.
• Maintain project documentation and distribute updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site walks with PM or Superintendent to observe progress and verify installation.
