PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a highly organized Assistant Project Manager to support our transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects within our Central Region. This role serves as a key link between project management, field operations, accounting, and clients to ensure projects run efficiently from initiation through closeout.

You will provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and field leadership, maintain documentation, track costs,

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years in construction project coordination.
• Experience with Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Maintain project files, logs, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes).
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist with contract review and ensure documentation compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation for field staff.
• Attend project meetings and distribute summaries.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting processes.
