Job summary

Electrical Corporation of America is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and documentation for electrical construction projects from award through closeout.

In this role you will liaise with project managers and field leadership, monitor progress and budgets, prepare reports, and help drive project profitability and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant electrical/construction project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting procurement, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking electrical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and productivity concerns, and assist with reporting.
• Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and change orders; assist with financial performance.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPI reports, and management information as requested.
• Coordinate with field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Assist with subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and contract documentation.
• Support closeout activities, warranties, and turnover documentation.
