Job summary

Electric Power Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple offices. You will coordinate planning, safety, schedule, and financial performance while liaising with operations, sales, and field teams to drive profitable results.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, change orders, and risk mitigation, as well as ensuring QA/QC and client satisfaction. Travel and overtime are expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, or related military experience.
• NETA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closeout of projects with scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Monitor progress, productivity and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and materials to maintain momentum and efficiency.
• Maintain clear, timely project documentation and change history.
• Support field personnel by providing direction and scope clarity.
• Manage change orders and track costs to protect profitability.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders; communicate status and risks.
• Uphold safety, quality and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure accurate technical deliverables.
