Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of electrical testing and engineering projects across North America, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

The role collaborates with Operations, Sales, and field teams to drive proactive planning, risk mitigation, and transparent client communication. A minimum of 5+ years in the power/testing industry, a technical degree, and willingness to travel are preferred; NETA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive role.
• Able to complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
• Experience installing, maintaining, testing, or repairing electrical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization.
• Maintain clear documentation of communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel with direction and scope clarity.
