RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to organize and lead projects for diverse customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and proactive identification of additional services to enhance safety and efficiency. You will coordinate across departments and vendors, supervise field activities when needed, and maintain open communication with clients to resolve issues and manage expectations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in related work.
• Ability to read blueprints, single line diagrams, schematics, and parts lists for troubleshooting.
• Experience developing LOTO and MOP procedures.
• Experience writing change orders.
• NETA Certification.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to manage projects within budget and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license for vehicle positions.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot high voltage electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Coordinate material and subcontract services; manage POs.
• Schedule and review on-site customer meetings.
• Generate work orders and detailed project reports.
• Provide technical support to field personnel.
• Travel for out-of-town work as required.
• Ensure safety rules and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project status updates for clients.
