Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple offices, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and field teams to drive profitable performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, risk mitigation, and disciplined project controls, with responsibility for safety, QA/QC, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience installing, maintaining, testing, or repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, or similar equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment.
• Monitor progress and performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and momentum.
• Maintain clear documentation of communications, decisions, and changes.
