Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is hiring a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple Wisconsin locations. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety/compliance to ensure client satisfaction and profitable delivery.

The role requires strong communication with Operations, Sales, and field staff, plus a focus on risk mitigation and disciplined project controls to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass criminal background check.
• Willing to travel and work overtime.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects per scope and budget.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain momentum.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance on all projects.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions with clients and internal teams.
