Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across offices and regions, ensuring delivery per contract, safety standards, and client expectations. You will coordinate commercial, operations, and field teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and report progress with clear, proactive communication to stakeholders.

Required: 5+ years in the electrical testing/engineering sector, a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic tech or related field, and

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience preferred
• NETA certification is a plus
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; criminal background check; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor project performance through regular reviews of progress, productivity, and deliverables; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize utilization and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of project communication, decisions, and changes.
• Support field personnel by providing direction, removing obstacles, and ensuring clarity of scope and expectations.
• Manage project financial performance and profitability targets; track cost drivers and change orders.
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, schedule updates, and deliverables to customers and internal stakeholders.

Education
