Job summary

Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Project Manager to direct multiple projects, lead a team of PMs, and grow client relationships. You will ensure schedule adherence, cost control, and safe, high-quality execution across assignments.

A PE and financial acumen are preferred; 10+ years of PM experience in electrical construction is expected. Travel of 10–25% is typical, with opportunities for project ownership and ESOP participation as the company continues expanding its

• Project accountability and initiative for all aspects of the project.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction.

• Lead team in innovative construction techniques and prefabrication.

• Understand financials of a project and forecasting.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards for the field.
• Supervise project staff and multiple project managers.
• Train and guide project managers in company systems.
• Negotiate change orders and track project progress.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage contracts finances.
• Coordinate with client, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Represent Rosendin in client meetings and site visits.
