Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role involves assembling panelboards/switchboards, wiring, testing, and inspecting units, using hand and power tools, and following electrical drawings and work instructions.

You will support Lean and 5S, maintain equipment, and participate in cross-training to cover production needs. The position offers an hourly rate of $21, with eligibility for a variable incentive program, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits from

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in an assembly-related role with hand and/or power tools.
No relocation; reside within 50 miles of the job location.
Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

Assemble sub-assemblies and finished panels to customer specs using hand and power tools.
Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance with specs.
Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety practices in the work area.
Cross-train across functions as needed to support production.
Receive and move materials, prepare finished goods for shipment.
